MyCDLCoach is hiring independent partners

MyCDLCoach is hiring independent partners. Partners earn commissions only when someone buys a MyCDLCoach product (ELDT theory, behind-the-wheel training, guides or memberships) through their personal link. These are not employee positions: there are no wages, set hours or benefits. You run your own business and get paid when the work you bring in is paid for.

How partnerships work

  • Independent: you control your schedule and methods, use your own tools, and can work with others.
  • Commission only, on MyCDLCoach products: earned when a customer buys a MyCDLCoach product through your link, and paid automatically through our partner program (PayPal) after a holding period. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission.
  • Paperwork: partners accept the partner terms and provide a W-9 before their first payout. You're responsible for your own taxes.

Behind-the-wheel training partners

Commission: 55% to 80% of the training fee, depending on who brings the student and whose FMCSA registration you train under

CDL schools and independent trainers who deliver behind-the-wheel training to students who buy MyCDLCoach behind-the-wheel training through your link.

How it works

  • You decide when and how you deliver training, within FMCSA and state rules
  • You supply your own truck, practice range and equipment
  • You can work with other schools and companies too

What you need

  • A truck suitable for training (Class A or B) and a practice range of at least 1.1 acres
  • A CDL of the class you train, and you must meet FMCSA behind-the-wheel instructor requirements
  • Commercial insurance that covers student drivers, with MyCDLCoach named as an additional insured
  • Any state driving-school license your state requires for your location

Your full commission schedule is included in your partner agreement.

Enrollment partners

Commission: 20% to 30% of ELDT theory courses and 5% of behind-the-wheel training sold through your link

Help people who want a CDL choose and enroll in ELDT theory and behind-the-wheel training. Spanish speakers are especially welcome.

Carrier and school partnership reps

Commission: 10% to 15% of each bulk ELDT training order

Introduce carriers, schools and workforce programs to MyCDLCoach's ELDT theory training, and earn when they buy it through your link.

  • Find and talk with carriers, schools and workforce programs
  • Set your own hours and approach

What you need

  • Sales or trucking-industry experience helps

Driver ambassadors and creators

Commission: 20% to 30% of courses and 30% to 40% of ebooks sold through your link

Working drivers and creators who share MyCDLCoach with their followers on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and more.

  • Share your personal link

What you need

  • An audience of drivers or future drivers
  • Clear disclosure in your posts that you earn a commission, as FTC rules require
